FACE LAYUP

  • T700 raw carbon face with fine nylon peel-ply texture

  • Supported by a multi-layer construction using two carbon fiber layers at 0° and 90°, plus a fiberglass backing layer.

  • Additional 45° carbon fiber reinforcement patches to strengthen the throat transition area.

CORE CONSTRUCTION

  • A multi-density EPP core that uses distinct density zones across the paddle to tune feel, stability, control, and response, creating a more balanced and composed all-court performance.

PERIMETER REINFORCEMENT

  • An additional white EVA stabilisation layer helps support the core through key transition areas, manage vibration, and create a more composed, connected response.

  • High-temperature perimeter foam reinforces the paddle edge to support stability and a more consistent response toward the outer areas of the face.

  • TPE reinforcement at the lower shoulders provides targeted support through a structurally demanding transition area, helping manage vibration and support the connection between the face, perimeter, and throat.

  • Edge guards that supports perimeter stiffness, off-centre stability, and the connection between the face and edge.



AERO-Y THROAT

The Aero-Y throat was engineered to combine the quicker, more manoeuvrable feel of an open-throat paddle with the solid, connected response players expect from a traditional closed-throat design. By removing material through the neck, the paddle is designed to feel less bulky through swings and fast exchanges. To address common open-throat trade-offs such as reduced rigidity, hollow feedback, and weakness through the face-to-handle transition, the Aero-Y uses dedicated EVA reinforcement, 45° carbon patches, a reinforced Y-shaped load path, and its own protective edge guard around the throat opening to support stability, reinforce the structure, and protect the exposed throat edges.

ASTRALGRIP™

AstralGrip™ is a reusable silicone grip-ring system designed to soften vibration feedback, improve comfort, and create a more connected feel. The rings also act as removable handle weights, allowing players to shift the balance closer to the hand for a more head-light, manoeuvrable feel. Three rings are included with each paddle.
